The house offers unique architectural outlook - stone and wood, two floors, with a spacious verandah on the second floor. The house has preserved its entirely white traditional walls and creates an exceptional comfort.
Accommodation: Kapitanovata House offers four 2-bedroom apartments (bedroom and a room with two beds) and one studio apartment (room with two beds), a total of 18 beds. Every apartment offers an individual bathroom.
Wine & Dine: Restaurant and tavern offers selected dishes. A fireplace and a large oven provide real Balkan coziness of the restaurant. The penthouse offers operating furnace for bread or roasted lamb. Kapitanovata house offers parking lot for 5 cars and yard of 700 square metres with a picturesque garden around the house. In the basement there is a sauna for 6 people and a bathroom. The complex has self-water-supply system with a well and a water tank.
