Itinerary - Classic Serbia Tour
Day 1: Belgrade – Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad
Arrival at Belgrade airport. Meet and greet by you guide. Transfer to Sremski Karlovci. Visit one of the most famous wine cellars, tasting 3 sorts of the famous Fruska Gora wines. Continue to Novi Sad for overnight.
Day 2: Novi Sad - Petrovaradin – Jagodina
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Novi Sad- city hall, the cathedral, Liberty Square, the historic center and Petrovaradin Fortress. Free time. Transfer to Jagodina. Overnight.
Day 3: Ravanica monastery - Resavska cave - Vrnjacka Banja
Breakfast. Visit of Monastery Manasija and Ravanica Monastery. Continue with Resavska cave, the most famous speleological object of Serbia. Drive to Vrnjacka Banja, accommodation in hotel and overnight.
Day 4: Kraljevo – Studenica Monastery – Zlatibor
Breakfast. Departure to Kraljevo, monastery of Zica in which seven Serbian kings were crowned. We will drive along the Ibar River Gorge and visit the Studenica Monastery, a UNESCO Heritage site. Transfer through Zlatibor.Check in. Overnight.
Day 5: Uvac nature reserve – Zlatibor
Breakfast. In the morning we will head to the Uvac Special Nature Reserve. Boat ride and observation of white-headed vultures. Visit to the Ice cave. Driving back to Zlatibor. Free time. Overnight.
Day 6: Mokra gora – Sirogojno – Zlatibor
After breakfast we will proceed to the well-preserved environment of the Mokra Gora Nature Park. Departure for Mecavnik, wooden ethno complex of famous director Emir Kusturica and continue with a visit to the Old Village Sirogojno open air museum. Returning in Zlatibor. Overnight.
Day 7: Belgrade
After breakfast, we will head to Belgrade. Sightseeing tour of Belgrade: Avala with Tower, the House of Flowers, Dedinje the wealthiest part of Belgrade, panoramic tour of The White palace, Karadjordje’s park and St. Sava’s Temple,National Theatre, Parliament, Republic Square & Kalemegdan Fortress. Overnight in Belgrade.
Day 8: Zemun - Belgrade
After breakfast we will have a day tour to Zemun. Tour includes: Magistar’s Square, Gospodska Street and Masarik’s Square, Karamata’s house, Nikolajevska Church, well-known ’’White Bear’’- the oldest house in Zemun, Madlenianum, Franciscan Monastery and St. John Church and the House of Aviation. Back to Belgrade for our last overnight.
Day 9: Belgrade airport
Free time after breakfast. Transfer to airport. End of services.
