Itinerary - Best of Bosnia and Herzegovina Tour
Day 1: Arrival to Sarajevo
Arrival at Sarajevo airport. Meet and greet by your tour guide. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 2: Sarajevo
After breakfast we will have sightseeing tour of Sarajevo – a city that is etched in the archives of history. Visit to the famous war tunnel. The beautiful Ottoman style mosques and architecture dot the skyline and the old quarters still maintain an authentic Ottoman carsija with oriental sweet shops, cafés, and traditional Bosnian food. At the same quarter you will see the Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox Church and Jewish synagogue. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 3: Jajce - Travnik
After breakfast we will head to Travnik, Jajce and Pliva Lakes on a full day tour from Sarajevo. After enjoying the beautiful nature of Bosnia, we will head back to Sarajevo. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 4: Nature Park Tara - Visegrad
After breakfast we will continue to Višegrad. Visit include UNESCO site of Mehmed Paša Sokolović bridge and Andrićgrad, medieval tombstones Stećci, near Rogatica, Nature Park Mokra Gora, Šargan Eight train and National Park Tara in Serbia. Overnight in Visegrad.
Day 5: Lukomir Nomad Village
After breakfast, we will visit the amazing nomad Lukomir village, its ancient 'stecci' - mediaeval tombstone. The city is essentially an open air museum, what some refer to as the ‘last village’ in the country. Overnight in Lukomir.
Day 6: Srebrenica
Breakfast. Visit Srebrenica Memorial Centre, Srebrenica Town and understand Bosnian Genocide from July 1995. Overnight in Srebrenica.
Day 7: Mostar and Herzegovina Tour
After breakfast we will visit Mostar, most famous for its 16th century old bridge. Mostar is the cultural and political capital of Herzegovina. The tour includes visit to the famous and beautiful Old Bridge, old and well preserved old parts of town where the history is still alive. Herzegovina tour – includes visit of Blagaj, Počitelj, Konjic and Jablanica towns in Herzegovina. Overnight in Mostar.
Day 8: Mostar - Sarajevo
After breakfast we will head to Sarajevo. Transfer to the airport. End of our services.
